Fair isn't safe on shield and a kill confirm doesn't mean Joker is busted. Ike has Nair uair Lucina has nair 1 into usmash Wolf has fair into rar bair The list goes on of confirms So why is Joker's combo so busted if it requires commitment with an unsafe move?

Hey bud,.... that’s the point.

tbf, fair 1 is extremely difficult to punish on reaction because it does such low damage only 2 frames of shield stun and 4 frames of shield lag for short hop non-arsene fair (and the move has relatively fast startup at 7 frames)

plus joker crouches during fair landing lag so most characters' aerials oos wont hit him. you only have committal oos options like up bs or usmashes (which you dont want to toss out except on reaction usually)

I feel like just being Leo gives him an automatic edge over the opponent

Old friends will remember @JWonggg and his mvc2 dominance. His was called the Wong Factor but it was the same thing where people just fell apart playing him because it's him.
