I'm all for finding counterplay, but how we gonna hate on bayo killing with a combo from 0 and not a single hit killing at 0? lol its just not okay
Also fuck out of here with these "hero might not be top tier so the fact that his moves randomly kill you at 0 is not stupid"

The fact that he isn't great outside the RNG bullshit makes me wonder if people gonna take the risk to main him, after all, who wants to play a character who is so rng based ? You can't be consistent with him.

how can you say that when all 3 stages of frizz and zap are great AND not rng dependent? the only rng that isnt a strict bonus is choosing to roll down b but I think that move won't turn out to be as commonly used as the other specials
