If you would invest the time to connect with EU tops you would realise that almost all of them play wifi. But I'm unsure if you tried thst. That's pretentious to generalise everyone when there is a conaiderable “trying“ part in EU.
The whole reason this discussion is happening is because he played vs people from a EU top player discord on stream and all they did was play their secondaries for hours, so I can't really say this is true although it might be different for others
Just out of curiousity and to understand where you're coming from: How good does someone have to be to practice with you? Country PR? Region PR? Or just Midlevel in general
It's not that bad, ask a buddy if they want to moderate your discord and have them invite people that are on regional PRs. Lot's of people want to grind, they are just not doing it on quickplay against randos, 'cause that's really inefficient as you've outlined yourself.
If you actually read the first tweet z he isn't just talking about quickplay. He joined an EU top player discord and most of the people he had played on there haven't played their mains
