I don't think so. When I input side-B to the ledge visually on even 8f buffer netplay, I side-B and grab the ledge. On these setups, I found that unless I timed my side-B input a little bit above the ledge, I'd fall too low and die.
what monitor/hz do you use? seems like you have something very off on your setup if its that noticable
