I think the only problem with this would be enforcing it. Itd be hard at really big tournaments bc someone would need to be watching every match and counting leg grabs. But hopefully TOs can get more help bc a ledge grab limit is needed rn
I knew some people will be like "just get good and stall back" The reality is that melee and every other FG is almost as much of a spectator sport as a competition (just look at melee entrants vs viewer #) Our scene will take an extremely heavy hit if the meta is stall centered.

Yup but this seems to be a problem in most sports pleasing the viewers vs getting the win but at least in MMA and boxing they'll separate you and restart you if you're stalling
