Yes pvm 14l5 does 480p Which is obv great for melee. But just remember playing 480p adds a premium to the price of the monitor. 14l5 go for 500 and up now minimum.

Also when purchasing crt personally I would only do pickup in person so you can test geometry color hours used and any flaws. You can have it shipped but there’s horror stories (I had a monitor shipped thank god my homie

Also if you’re willing to do the research there are some great professional crt out there that are overlooked. Ikegami crt is one example of this (pro monitor without the Sony name, some of them are cheap and good)
