Also I don't really think they need to nerf any of the top tiers "enough". I don't think any of them are dominating the meta at all right now. Which is why I think small tweaks for the most part are fine when it comes to today's top tiers
Well problem with that is that most low tiers are super flawed by design (corrins horrible speed+recovery+no real combos) and buffing numbers will never be enough to make a non toxic char. Making falcon 0-death u from side b but keeping his abysmal dash dance is the same
But they aren’t buffing only numbers. They’ve buffed launch angles and end lag for some characters helping combos and recoveries for others as well. They also nerfed stuff like Olimar’s recovery
Do you guys think the way Diddy was buffed is the way to go? He got some angles adjusted iirc, making more combos possible. Also they made his recovery not abysmal. Is this the way to fix a flawed design?
