Wavedash to fsmash only really works at 100%ish, and only consistently from fthrow. Pivots are hard af to get consistently.
It’s actually easier than upthrow upair imo. It’s hard with tourney pressure but every DI can be reacted to and covered at a large percent window after fthrow. Still very hard but if the Marth is consistent with it, the game becomes don’t get grabbed, not DI well
