[ENDGAME DISC NO SPOILERS] Even tho end game wasn't my favorite movie or anything it sure feels weird for it to be over. Overall I think I'm happy that they will have to come up with new things do make movies about, the consistency has been good but it's definitely getting stale.
Personally I just want more focused and creative movies where directors have to worry less about tying in to a greater narrative and are allowed to change the tone/act structure. Into the spiderverse was insanely good and I hope it paves the way for more interesting movies.

I don’t think it’s fair to compare the greater narrative or tone/act structure of Spiderverse to Endgame since Spiderverse was a 2 hour origin story, and Endgame was a 3 hour end to an 11 year old story. A conclusive story will always have more narrative weight than the origin

It's more a fan service for fence the MCU chapter 1, the movie is not bad , but we can found somes consistency (I don't talk consistency about Marvel Comics but MCU), with 43 000 dollars/ secondes of the movie, it was normal to make a "good" movie.
It’s kind of hard to keep it focused when this shit is literally wrapping up 11 years of movies & has dozens of characters to balance. It’s impossible to be that or anything like Spiderverse. This movie was clearly made for fans who’ve watched everything & love these movies
He clearly said it was good, but moving forward he'd like to see more standalone creative films. Guardians 1 was some of the best Marvel had to offer because they didn't expect much. Antman and Ultron were some of the worst because tying into other films hurt the directors vision
more interpersonal would be different and engaging. it’s gonna be interesting to see how each superhero, and the ppl around them, cope with the events of endgame
Greater narrative is definitely cool for some movies, but not at the cost of a directors vision like Edgar Wright's Ant Man. He had been working on that movie since before the MCU and people regard Antman as the least interesting series now. Look at what Guardians 1 accomplished
