i want to lab melee but my controller adapter is checked in nooooo im trying to lab ultimate but then i just think that whatever cool things i found isnt as good as olimar usmash oos and i just get sad

Olimar doesn't have a single OoS option faster than frame 10. His usmash is frame 12. Yes, Olimar is top tier, but it's not because of his OoS options.

Ofc lol if it was an OoS killmove, safe on shield AND low startup frames it would be bayonetta level of broken thing is a lot of jabs suck in this game so landing with an aerial ->jab to catch the upsmash oos is very risky since they are sooo unsafe on shield
