Careful folks. Some of that data is inaccurate/outdated. Just looking at Kirby’s page and it lists F Tilt as -14/-15 on block even though the 2.0 buff made it -10/-11 on shield.

If I'm understanding frames correctly, if a jab is -10 on shield, and they have a 12 frame oos option, that means my jab is safe on shield (vs that option) right?

In theory you should be able to spotdodge or shield since both are frame 1 IIRC?
