Zard is not worst in game nor is he a liability to the Trainer squad. He's simply mediocre.

ive changed my mind on plenty of things in ultimate, im legit curious as to why you think charizard is not a liability just because he (to you) better than little mac.
To me there is definitely a chance hes not the worst, but to me I dont see him working as he should (stock tank/recovery/killer) in the PT trio, and in that way he is imo far from mediocre and is a liability.

See now this has been framed differently. Had you asked for my opinion on why I felt the way I did from the jump rather than just saying "that's not true" I'd be more open to discussion.

The main thing is that regardless of how bad Zard is, I can't see him as a liability because his existence doesn't subtract from PT, rather at worst he adds very little. He's an underwhelming asset rather than a liability.

On the topic of that, if Charizard gents buffed to around mid tier in the next patch, where do you put PT?

hard to say - is he now mid tier cuz he has low % combos ? then same basically - you dont want to play him at that percent anyway if he gets better recovery/neutral/kills then were talking top 10

i mean i personally even thought charizard wasnt a liability myself (if you look at any of my vids before), wasnt until i grinded friendlies with top players and explored more characters that I started changing my opinion

I feel like he's only worth his recovery when Ivy can't. His neutral is garbage and a good player won't get hit by him. I'll stand by this.

Does he live longer than the others? Yes. Can he kill with a grab or tilt or Ariel easier? Yes. He does all the 3 things right and if zard got much better PT would be ridiculous. Maybe the other people who changed your opinion are just better than you?
