i think shes much better but i didnt play her in the latest patch (one that introduced guard cancel) tldr worse tods but way better blockstrings neutral and bnbs (not MAX damage but avg) and oki setups. Dive in general is OD at beating superdash now (almost never won)

And L dive is insane after they block superdash in the air, both because of faster startup. Steals overall have been way buffed and cmd grab has longer range and is faster from non point blank. Also still has lvl 3 mix and universal fuzzy/midscreen crossups from snap and

Because of steal letting you sideswap from every combo it now lets you always get your prefered oki. She also works with far more chars like piccolo and gotenks now and most top tiers have gotten nerfed recently so ya i think shes much stronger
