because there is no reason to except "muh 20XX meta". A discriminatory rule like this that isnt based on game breaking glitches is absolute bullshit. If you want a rule like make it for every character, like "going for intentional timeout makes you lose the match" 1/2
but then your problem is "what is an intentional time out? camping the entire game, or avoiding combat for the last 5 seconds? or something else" you're just being toxic because 1: you hate playing the matchup 2: you hate watching puff and 3: you just hate puff
