Roy's dthrow is surprisingly negative at a lot of percents

You sure you're not thinking of Roy's Smash 4 d-throw? It was negative at low percents on certain characters because it was weight-dependent, but that trait has been completely removed from the game.

in smash 4, greninja and fox could not be true comboed by mario dthrow->utilt due to their fall speed so I imagine it is something similar here
