I know you said he would probably have good early results, but I was wondering if your opinion on Olimar has changed at all since last time @TSM_Leffen ?
i still think people are edgeguarding him very badly, not killing pikmin & especially letting him do a 12f usmash oos WAY too much (pls aerial->jab/dash away) but yeah i still think hes a bit better than I thought (put him high tier last tier list) mostly cuz of how short he is

Yeah I don't think I've seen many edgeguards vs Olimar so far ( cant even recall one lol ) but at the same time Shuton/Myran are godlike at recovering. Still ppl could have def done a better job edge guarding, but its probably because of a lack of knowledge on his recovery mixups

Anyway this wasnt meant as an attack incase some ppl thought so lol, was just genuinely wondering what ur current thoughts were. Early speculations shouldnt be hold accountable unless its something extreme,I respect that u always at least have the balls to share ur honest opinion

You’re right, Olimar is very limited on the ledge, if he even makes it there since his upB has no hit box. People will learn the counter play but complaining is what’s trending right now
