I'm gonna be honest the "I don't care" tier is realistically one of the best tiers to include in a tier list A "don't know/no data/don't care" section is perfect if you don't have the data or the character just doesn't come up enough

You literally refused to rank 1/3rd of the characters in the game. At least put time into making a tier list rather than just uploading a half-assed segment from your twitch streams :/

It makes sense to not rank characters that he has no idea about. It's better than arbitrarily placing chars with little info. If anything, it makes the tier list more reliable Come up with real complaints
