real talk with how broken recoveries are, spikes as good as ivys should be far more common.

I never encountered a move that was this easily to use to not only intercept recovery but straight up killing low recovering opponents at 50%

The better recoveries should just be nerfed instead. Stuff like just makes it worse for characters that already don't have the best recoveries.
