the amount that the top 20-30 players get considering their value is honestly laughable same with 99% of TOs the only ones raking in cash from this is Nintendo lmfao
and even then nintendo is getting like 5% of the cash they could be getting they are literally holding back the entire scene and so many careers at this point japanese companies + esports :(

Yeah. It kinda sucks to see. We see Nintendo as Reggie and Nintendo of America, but all in all the head honchos in Japan get the final say (Atleast from what I think). I wish they supported Smash more. They could be a huge return on investment just from a little bit of effort.

I've been talking about this for a while. From a business standpoint, Nintendo has been literally cucking themselves for no reason. They have all the evidence that they could ever need to know that investing heavily into the Smash comp scene is worthwhile, yet they don't... wtf..
