You’re much better than me, but i think you’re so wrong and ignore pikachus vastly superior ground mobility, his evasiveness and ability to survive while finding quick, effective kills. If you think pika puff is the equivalent of peach puff

Tbh I think it's just one of the less flushed out matchups in higher levels. Like low level pika puff is 35-65, y'know? (In my own, even worse at the game than you, opinion)
