Did this for android 21 - people told me to play her cuz theyre selfish and want diversity, and told me "buffs will surely come". Not doing that again. Picking an easy ass top tier like everyone else and then I'll consider PT after theyve actually gotten significant buffs :)

Charizard isn't his own character though. I'd argue you can't buff Charizard without having to nerf either Ivysaur or Squirtle. Pokemon Trainer is one character. That one character has 3 tools in his kit. Together, they make a balanced fair character. Buff Char would stack PT.
PT isnt top tier rn and is 2x as hard as the second hardest character. You could give charizard a decent aerial without breaking the game lmfao
Competitive League is all about abusing an unbalanced mechanic and switch whenever it's nerfed. On patched games top players are viruses and top tier are cells to abuse till they die. Welcome.
