Yes! MK9's netcode is TRASH. One of the worst! And it feels like offline! You and I should test DBFZ later!!! ANY game works because its streaming to your computer, so pick a random ass game off your steam list and they will be there. BTW gunny is in canada too ;)

It's used regularly for the 3D MK games. The Def Jam community also use it and it runs pretty damn smooth, even overseas.
Parsec just streams a PC screen and sends back and forth the inputs, so it works for literally any PC game
