Doesn't it really only nerf Squirtle switching to zard in terms of recovery? You would still be able to switch to ivy as Squirtle off stage or switch to zard as ivy off stage. I feel like I don't often see people go off stage as squirt and come back as zard
Also lets you go from killing with ivy back to squirtle before opp gets to punish (which is what you want vs every single fast char) and same for dying with ivy and swapping back to ivy before invic runs out
Do you think it's that much stronger of an option than switching once then using movement to run away till the timer is done and switching again that PKMN would drop on the tier list? Maybe I'm underestimating it's value, seems like less of a nerf and more an inconvenience to me
