Likely fast swapping gets removed, and possibly ivy up b or side b. Char will lilely get fair buffed but hes so awful anyway that it won't matter if ivy/squirtle gets nerfed
Is losing fast swapping even a considerable nerf tho? The only times I find it necessary is when I get launched far off stage as Squirtle to switch through ivy to zard. On stage I feel like using movement to wait out the timer isn't much worse than fast switching
Yes because it makes the overall character's recovery quite a bit worse. I could see it getting removed if the balance team sees it as a glitch rather than intended behaviour.
