Some thoughts - Peach, Olimar, Pikachu, Chrom and maybe Pichu are all top 10 - Pikachu > Pichu - Still think Inkling is the best character - Shulk is either top in high tier or top tier - Fox and Mario are sliiiiightly lower on the tier list than in Smash 4 so still very solid

It takes one frame to generate a Pikmin on pluck. That's fine though, you'll see what I mean.
well if you get hit with a 40% combo for it or have to shield which is now actually a bad thing with aerials that are + with no PS, it will put you in a terrible spot. I think its fun you believe in your char but youre not seeing the overall meta correctly. Time will tell!

I think you're just as uninformed as me then. You don't really seem to understand how Olimar operates in the grand scheme of things. Being in disadvantage is a part of his character and what keeps him in check at all. I really think you'll see the difference when you play one.
