I think chrom is one of the healthiest top tiers ultimate can have. I really hope he stays super strong and viable throughout the meta even tho I will very likely not use him at all. Ultimates will be so boring if most of its top tiers have broken recoveries IMO
I think chrom stomps some chars but also loses heavily to certain chars that can edgeguard him well and dont care about stage pos/getting juggled much. Think rob, mk, pichu/pika, sonic, squirtle

Yes but he can do it to them too, despite his limited edge guarding. Vs most chars with above average recoveries chrom cant even edgeguard offstage himself in fear of getting counter gimped.

I think majority multi jump characters are being under utilized in a game where they have strong edge guarding options. Personally think Dedede claims best edge guard/edge trap character. Once your out there you either get fair pressured, or take loads of damage from ledge traps

Do you think rob would only stay high in the tier as a chrom counter pick or does rob just have a good place in the gsme overall? Been seeing him top or win a lot of these early tourneys.
