Smash 4 is great, but that doesn’t mean players can’t be hyped for a new game at the same time I would say you could construe it as players getting ready for the next patch :3
what do you like about smash 4 compared to the other games? Legit curious, people never seem to have specific pointers

I appreciate the answer. I personally hate that you can keep advantage state forever, i prefer combos to be interactive and to the point. I also think you and many others heavily overestimate how good ledgedash/shine is as a defensive option tbh. Anyways thanks

More characters. No wobbling/abusive "tech". Ledge mechanics. Charismatic figureheads in the community. Easy enough to pick up, hard enough to spend a lot of time in mastering it. Relatively dynamic combos. And you don't need to set up netplay stuff to play online.

Smash 4 Link feels way more intuitive and free to me than any other Smash character in any game. Eventually I only played it since he was in it.
