Real talk tho, if smash 4 is so perfect and great why are you guys so hype for all the changes in ultimate

If you only like smash ult over 4 cuz its new, then i am not talking about you. Im talking about the people that express frustrations over rage etc and who dislike how defensive 4 is.
And talk about how much better ult is going to be because of the changes.

I liked Smash 4, I thought it was a fun game; however, I don't think it's a good competitive game in the slightest. People really need to stop treating judgement against Smash 4 like personal attacks and being a Melee elitist.

Fair enough. Melee players noticed the flaws in Brawl and S4, and decided to stick with a better game, competitively. S4 players supposedly liked Brawl more, and are stoked for Ultimate, but had mad issues with S4, despite it's glaring competitive inconsistencies.

It's really easy to be optimistic about a game that they haven't even really played yet and it's easy to point out the worst parts about a game that's been out for 4+ years. The same thing happened before the release of smash 4
