For instance, the movement. It lacks a lot of options but is by far the smoothest in both feels and looks, mostly because of input buffering and how meticulous it is in every animation
You think smash 4 movement is better than melee or ultimate? Yikes.

I get what he is saying here. Smash 4 does basic entry level movement well. If you are just having someone play at a party they can always handle their character well. Melee is crazy smooth once you get good, but if you are just hopping in it doesn’t do it as well.

Everyone I've introduced to Melee had huge problems with the movement at first and described it as clunky. One complained about no buffering

I love melee's movement and I think is better, but smash 4 feels smoother

Smash 4's movement, is run a lot do a few empty hops, and perfect pivot sometimes. I like both games, but Melee's movement is pretty damn smooth
