I will probably regret tweeting this lmao I think the way DP > assist was "fixed" is a mistake. DPing with anyone but A. Gohan + Yamcha/Bardock assist is a complete death sentence now unless you Spark it, but why wouldn't you just wake up Spark instead
DPs should be a big risk imo, esp with how bad the average defense is in DBFZ, but I agree that the fix was terrible. it just nerfed non agohanyamcha teams lol
I think they are a big risk still even in games with something like RC, dbfz especially because you can straight lose the entire character from a hard punish but ya I think it's hard for anyone to agree since post-blockstun options are slim
The utility on every dp assist, 18 and Vegeta plummeted from the change too :/ not a fan
