Every patch seems to undertune most things, which would be fine if it didn't take months to get another one.
honestly first impressions of the patch - its pretty bad. not enough.

Agreed. They're just now doing things people have been begging for since Evo. At the same time though, they nerfed dp assist.. so they've clearly been paying a bit of attention... I guess they just didn't notice 20 bars worth of ghost Oki per game?

Some got changed more than others. While some not enough. I like that they touched up the base mechanics too like super dash. At least it's something in the right direction.
