my @elgatogaming HD60s is now suddenly not working (been a while since I used it but changed nothing with computer/capture card) and now it says "needs 3.0 usb to work" despite it being plugged into a usb 3.0... anyone got any exp with this?
Have you tried updating your graphics card drivers? Also you can try to unplug every other USB device besides the capture card and mouse. (I know its dumb but sometimes it works)
Have you tried setting it to wumbo?
your 3.0 usb port is faulty or if youre using the 3.0 port on your computer case, that port may just be plugged into your mobo on the 2.0 port instead of the 3.0 port on the mobo.

what system are you trying to use with it
have tried a full cold boot? to reset all usb ports? remove the power coord and hold the Powerbutton for 20ish secounds to discharge the capacitors and reboot.
Unplug every usb except the card and your mouse, this used to happen at to me but that fixed it sometimes. If that doesnt work, keep everything unplugged except the card and boot up your PC with only the card plugged in, then plug everything else after it.
Also plug the usb directly into your mobo 3.0 port, not the case port.
Update drivers perhaps
