The fact that TOs STILL refuse to punish wizzrobes exessive stalling to the point where its clearly just straight cheating makes me so mad. Is it that fuking hard?

I want to clarify that I don't think wizzrobe is a bad guy or is even doing it with malicous intent. But excessive stalling is/should be against the rules and should be punished as such.

I get it was a meme prior but like if someone is violating the rules they should get a yellow card at least. That's an unfair advantage to stall.

Ran top 64 at shine, wizzy took a total of 30 minutes to get to his match, I had to hunt him down twice, so even after us telling him the first time he still decided to go back to his hotel room with his gf and take 15 minutes and THEN sat down and talked to ryan Ford 4 10+mins
