Honestly just work on your mentality and stuff. I see u give up or tilt p easy
pushing away emotions work for some, but I feel like the majority need to accept nervousness and anxiety and use it as best they can rather than pretend it doesnt exist. theres a lot of good books on the subject as well, id suggest reading Inner game of tennis etc!

literally read that book before EVO. i agree hard with will. It’s not always possible to ignore feelings but you can do your best to mitigate how it affects you in the moment for sure
