Are there similarities other than the tailmoves? Feels like they have very different toolkits
theyre both neutral chars, both use jm for neutral and mixup, both lack a bit in blockstrings, big ground normals, full screen lows, mediocre kame/fireball, need meter for oki (altho cooler corner pushes better and only needs 1 bar outside of corner)

Does cooler need meter? I thought the DP->M followup gave SOKD after launcher without meter? (But mb the oki is real shitty from that)

But the takeaway is that while the toolkits are different, the playstyle is the same? Stills fells to me like aerial S and cmd grabs are defining parts of a21 that cooler lacks
