Every day I see @KnowKami talk about how Piccolo is a top tier character the more I feel the need to call the FBI to capture him and brainwash him for getting too close to the truth.

I agree, there pretty much isn't a match up on point in the game I feel I lose. Though characters like SSJ Vegeta, Broly, Frieza etc that have really strong ki blasts/projectiles that give piccolo trouble don't have as good reward for even winning the neutral.
yeah piccolo has a good enough damage to two touch as point, considering how good his neutral its hard to match

Ya i'll get hit by a couple ki blasts from broly and shrug then I land one j.L and make them explode.
