piccolos only weakness is having to spend a bar midscreen if you dont have an assist Thats fuckin it

IMO his biggest weakness though is he loses projectile fights hard without a good projectile assist to back him

Can you still react and DR if you guard cancel the hellzone really late? I always thought that was tough to time.

Yes it is possible to react to all timings of guard cancel with dragon rush during hellzone and after the last hit of hellzone any later guard cancel you don't dragon rush and instead just block the guard cancel.
