Where did these rumors saying I dropped 21 come from? I didnt lol and also shes 100% a strong character. Though the plan was always to wait for 17 and then decide from there.

She absolutely isnt. She just catters to a very specific playstyle (mosyly defensive) and is a stable high level character.
Defensive how? Average projectiles, big body, cant beat superdash in the air. Also don't understand how no good blockstrings and garbage oki = stable

Shes one of the very best game openers in the game. I dont need her for oki. She has the ability to turn the 3v3 game into something very different than regular dbfz. Shes weaker as a game closer unless she has meter.

Not after 2M nerf. And if u save assist to tag then you cant use 2 assists. Not sure what "very different game" your talking about either, never felt like it in the least.
