I think its not unreasonable to think it is too difficult, but if you ever want reallllly sick combos on marth you could probably do it. Its much more consistent for me than waveshine uair at the very least (which is the other option I was considering learning)
yeah but its way worse/harder than aerial jc shine and jc shine, and works less far fewer places than sh uair

but it gives you the sliding benefits so you can actually connection whichever move you want after the waveshine. with jc shine its basically like doing a standing shine

This only matters for uair, (you can get utilt) which I don't think gives thaaat good of a punish anyway outside of bad di/specific percent.
