Not really practical way to get the second shine, much better imo to aim for full length wavedash walk-shine (notches/momentum) or dash f1 aerial shine Overall the reward isnt worth it/only very rarely do you have enough stage, but I think 1 extra shine and go for nair/fthrow

Why is it not a practical way to get the 2nd shine? The window is not that hard. I think you're undervaluing how much you could get out of a utilt in either direction after the shine where you get behind him

Because its a 5 frame window and you have to do so many inputs that can waste frames (shine - jc - wavedash -dash - hold till run - shine) and this is assuming you go for a one frame link to begin with, which is inherently inconsistent w polling...

Sdi also heavily screws over ur method since u cant adjust the spacing like with regular jc shine or aerial jc shine. Me and
@spotdodge_shine have tried a ton of things already, there are a few good shine stuff but not much from waveshine, i can record it/stream it sometime -
Tldr of it is - running shine (in neutral) to FJ-dair/uair/nair or running shine - frame 1 aerial shine waveland
