21 on point - a bit nerfed Overall slight buff cuz of assist She worked best with cell tho so prob still not in any top tier team :/

That may be true, but that doesn't mean 21 can't be on a damn good team. Still gets big damage and corner-to-corner damage with most of the same chars. Cell on your team can be replaced with Bardock or any of the standard options like Black, SSJ Goku/Vegeta, etc.

Also its worth exploring other characters like Alioune did. He's gotten great results with 21 and Fat Buu, exploring more with chars you like can go a long way.

I think 21/Tien is a really strong start. I think it just needs a strong mid character to fill it out. Zamasu I think would actually be a really strong choice now.
