i personally feel tien anchor is too risky, too reliant on health to make even/slightly disadvantaged situations work vegeta/tien works really well (insane TOD/dmg + pressure extension) but honestly currently I think tien/gotenks might be much better with volley+gotenks assist

hmm ok. i guess because a touch means a lot of damage anyhow so having 100% or 70% doesnt matter? maybe I gotta reinvestigate in tien anchor then.

Its generally two hits anyway, and health on anchors matters very little - the fact that his super does high damage is wayyyy better than if it did standard damage with no health cost
