how good is cell/bardock as 2nd/anchor vegeta might be out :o

Its kinda like tien anchor where you need specific conditions to be met or else it kinda just goes really bad. I've had to play it a lot recently and its not super bad but its a lot of work.
well that goes for every single anchor - no one in this game can easily make 3v1 comebacks except maybe cell and he would rather have an assist anyway he is super practical/braindead, good sparking tools and godlike level 3 so i think hes great for last hit situations
