For everyone asking about 21 - not going to make a definite decision right after a loss, but I'm definitely gonna try to explore other options.

Time, it might be nice to put her o the bench for a little bit and focus on Vegeta, cell, zamasu, and whoever else you’d be interested in potentially keeping as “main team” to support her. Get them up to a top level for a month or two, and then put the pieces back together

IMO your 21 is definitely your best char & has been doing extremely well - once 21 dies your team starts to fall apart though, at least most of the time. If I was in your situation I'd probably try to keep 21 & work more on refining Cell & Vegeta; maybe swap Vegeta for someone?

Keep in mind that I have no idea how team balancing works so what I'm saying might make no sense, but if swapping Vegeta w/ Zamasu & keeping 21/Cell is an option then I'd say go for it 100%

I think your cell just needs more work. You crumble after 21 dies, but if your cell can pick up, I think you'll be more confident even after losing your point.

Can someone more knowledgeable explain why 21 is the problem here? It seemed to my scrub eyes that 21 was his mvp by far

It is his best character but 21 has no hard knockdown makes it difficult in the current meta also you can't pick just any characters with her, like Trunks/Gotenks is her best team imo
