I think some people who used her to success in Japan do so in the context of spending meter or assist to combo into a dragon rush ender / level 3 when it’s a situation where you are trying to close a character out. Otherwise you gotta guess harder than most people on air tech.

Also with the rise of kidbuu in most team (and maybe Zamasu later), gettin purple specials move gonna be easier, the teleport make her really scary with the right assists (or + yellow ki blasts) The ground homing ball really make her neutral shine more and can be used on oki.

Generally you can't steal without sacrificing something significant, unless youre killing a character, in which case your point has already done its job. Only teleport isnt good enough for that considering, only worth to use if you can get yellow or green steal.

What are you sacrificing exactly for steal? One bar for vanish isn't a major loss, teleport by itself gives you great mixup, and green/yellow steals are incredibly plentiful with the abundance of cell/vegeta.

most times you cant use steal->vanish without losing corner, but even then you are often sacrificing your ability to two touch someone. Delay tech lets you not take any of her setups while keeping uptech options etc

Teleport doesnt give a good mixup by itself, maybe with assists but ive never seen someone do a good one in a match yet. If youre gettint teleport + air green/yellow then your opponent has already gotten hit with two different chars in a way that supposedly lets you steal.

Without sacrificing corner or damage? Good luck lol. Even then teleport into green or yellow can be superdashed as well.
