    The police killing of George Floyd came during a period when so much of the city was unemployed, out of school, and cooped up. That probably helped the protests develop into riots.

        Yea let’s try someway to excuse the bad behavior. Blame it on the lockdowns or on some mysterious racism But whatever you do don’t blame the black kids for the rioting, that is not allowed

        Minneapolis is one of the youngest cities in America. There are tens of thousands of college students who would have been just been welcoming summer vacation. This was a powder keg COVID-19 or not
