Always amazed at the overlaps between sports and life. My colleagues who do endurance sports tend to perform as endurance athletes at work (consistent and methodical) and the anaerobic ones do as well (sprints of extreme output followed by recovery time)

Have noticed that the same is true for team sport vs individual sport athletes. Both have their upsides and everyone is adaptable, but it’s been useful to know what default mental frameworks someone is working with
