EMERGENCY NGO's Kabul hospital says it "admitted 3 patients, treated 7 outpatients, and received 2 people dead on arrival" after 9pm Friday. All had bullet wounds, say staff. A presumed cause is citywide shooting in the air on Friday evening.pic.twitter.com/zzBv3nfy9b
