Sayyad says 11,995 biometric identification from 22 provinces have arrived in Kabul. Kabul is on top of provinces with more election complaints. We are undertaking the recounting of votes in Kabul.

Sayyad says 39.4 percent of the work have been completed by the IEC. Progress has been made on the processing of result sheets in most of the provinces. For instance, in Laghman, we have completed 98 percent of voter data processing job.
