If Nike actually cared about those who sacrificed something, they would run an ad like this.pic.twitter.com/Fcpoai0FJo

You know that Tillman was killed by friendly fire, right?
Doesn't mean he sacrificed any less, he gave his life for goodness sake, was willing to give his life on the battlefield. Tragic circumstances
Pat Tillman spoke out against the Iraq war calling it "fucking illegal". He was intimidated and tried to silenced by the government then miraculously died in friendly fire. Google is free
Fake news. Absolutely no evidence that opposed the war only that his brother did. Even in his book Kevin Tillman never claims that Pat opposed the war.
Thank you. You just proved my point.
You must have missed the incidences in each article that said how PAT, not Kevin felt. I provided you with the links, I can't make you comprehend the words in front of you
And how does the author know how Pat felt?
THe author interviewed him. Here's yet another article where John Krakauer (author) interviewed PAT and echoed everything else I've shown you.https://abcnews.go.com/Nightline/PatTillman/krakauer-army-colleagues-pat-tillman/story?id=8541279 …
Again Pat is never quoted as saying the war was illegal. He obviously was not a fan of it but never did he say it was illegal. Big difference between illegal and disapprove.
Don't try to politicize this brother in an attempt to downplay what @Kaepernick7 is fighting for. This is a prime example of people not understanding what his protest is truly about. #hadnothingtodowiththetroops #racialinequality #Injustice
Absolutely but some will never hear that!!
and then someone tried to lie and cover up his death....which turned out to be friendly fire...oops...well that's not a fix. that's a *-**.
You know who didn't sacrifice? Cadet Bone Spurs.pic.twitter.com/bnizJjGe5R
Good for him, he stood up for what he believed in. And so did Kaepernick.
Pat Tillman would be disgusted by this, since he too was opposed to the actions of the military and the injustices of the state. In fact, he might even support @Kaepernick7 just as fellow veteran @NateBoyer37 does.
(that's the guy that convinced him to kneel instead of sit)
